1. Shell: The shell includes an upper flower plate, a filter bag chamber, an inlet hole, and an air inlet and outlet, all of which are welded from steel plates and require a tight structure. The filter bag chamber is divided into several compartments with partitions to prevent air flow interference during dust cleaning in each compartment. The air inlet and outlet are located at both ends of the filter bag chamber, separated by an inclined plate in the middle. The upper part of the flower plate is the clean air chamber, and the top cover of the clean air chamber is equipped with an inlet door (upper cover). During maintenance, the lift valve is closed to cut off the airflow. Without stopping the machine, the filter bag and maintenance valve can be replaced by entering the clean air chamber through the inlet door (upper cover).
2. Ash hopper: The ash hopper is welded into a pyramid shape with steel plates, requiring a tight structure. The hopper wall is equipped with an inspection door, and the lower part is equipped with an ash discharge device.
3. Ash discharge device: Different ash discharge devices can be configured according to the specifications and dust collection capacity of the dust collector. The ash discharge device uses a screw conveyor or zipper ash conveyor.
4. Lift valve: When it is the turn to clean the dust in a certain chamber, the lift valve closes, cutting off the airflow. The opening and closing of the lift valve is controlled by a cylinder directly connected to the valve stem. The intake and exhaust of gas are controlled by a two position five way electromagnetic system, and the electromagnetic action is controlled by a dust cleaning time program controller.
5. Pulse valve: Pulse valves are used for spraying and cleaning dust in each dust collection chamber. The specification of the pulse valve for the dust collector is 2 1/2 square meters, with one valve installed in each room. The action of the pulse valve is controlled by the dust cleaning time controller through the solenoid valve on the pulse valve. When the pulse valve is opened, a section of compressed air is sprayed into the filter bag of the cleaning chamber, causing the dust trapped on the inner wall of the filter bag to fall off.
6. Compressed air storage tank: To ensure the air pressure required for the lift valve and pulse valve, a storage tank should be installed. The pressure of the gas storage tank should be maintained at 0.4-0.5MPa. The gas storage tank is equipped with pressure gauges, pressure safety valves, and discharge valves, and its pressure meets the national standards for pressure vessels.

The influence of dust containing gas on the filter material of bag filter is mainly reflected in the following aspects.
(1) Smoke temperature. Bag filter is mainly used for flue gas dust removal in industrial boilers, fluidized bed boilers, kilns, and coal-fired power plant boilers. The temperature of such flue gas is often relatively high, and the temperature when the gas enters the dust collector is generally around 100 ℃ to 300 ℃. The performance of general chemical fibers is affected at this temperature, which affects their filtration performance. Therefore, the filter material of bag filters must use high-temperature resistant fiber materials.
(2) Corrosion of acidic gases in flue gas. When burning high sulfur coal or flue gas without desulfurization treatment, the concentration of sulfur oxides and nitrogen oxides in the flue gas is very high. Except for FT filter material, other chemical synthetic fiber filter materials will be corroded and damaged, shortening the service life of the filter bag.
(3) The oxidation effect of flue gas on filter media. Oxygen accounts for 21% of the air, especially when the temperature of flue gas is high, which can have varying degrees of oxidation on the filter material. Therefore, the filter material should have antioxidant properties.
(4) The role of moisture in smoke. When operating at high temperatures, when the moisture content of dust in the flue gas exceeds 25%, the dust is prone to sticking and clogging the bag. If the material's resistance to hydrolysis is not high, hydrolysis can also damage the filter material.
